We chose La Genziana because it was conveniently located near the airport for our early morning flight. the room was spacious and clean, easily accommodating my family of four. the staff was exceptional, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. They held our luggage while we explored the area and then promptly placed it in our room when it was ready. Despite the nearby restaurant being closed, the staff went above and beyond to help us order pizza for dinner and even provided us with glasses for our wine. Cons: Nothing, all was good. 😊.

The hotel provided spacious and clean rooms that comfortably accommodated my family of four. the staff were incredibly helpful and held our luggage when we arrived early, allowing us to explore until our room was ready. They even assisted us in ordering pizza delivery and provided glasses for our wine. the hotel's convenient location provided easy access to both Fiumicino airport and Rome's downtown area, making it ideal for layovers or quick trips into the city. the safe parking and reasonable price were also appreciated.
Felt very well looked after, no complaints.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with a bus stop just outside that allows easy access to the city. the staff were great, always greeting us with a smile and happy to help with anything we needed. Daily cleaning of the room was done efficiently.
The room we were given did not match the pictures we saw online, and the bed was two singles pushed together, which wasn't very comfortable. the restaurant mentioned on the website was non-existent, and the surrounding area lacked options for dining or shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located just next to reception is a cafe that serves from very early until around 1800. the location is also very close to the metro stop, making it easy to get around. It is an ideal choice for those looking for a place close to the airport.
The hotel is quite old and dated, and the atmosphere can be a bit gloomy.

The hotel offered a great location with easy access to public transport and local supermarkets. The kitchen in the room was a fantastic feature providing a good sized fridge/freezer and electric rings. The welcoming reception staff were friendly and helpful with excellent English, even assisting with an unexpected city tax payment. it was a good value for money deal.
The cleanliness of the room was not perfect with the floor not always being properly cleaned. The hotel lacked a restaurant and other eating options in the area were far away.
